Super Bowl XLVII Menu

I can finally plan out my menu for this years Super Bowl and I'm off to a great start, I'm so excited!!  My friend Lene who is from the San Francisco area suggested I make Mission Burritos another popular SF food item.  I told her I didn't want an all seafood menu being that both teams are located off a seacoast just on opposite ends.  I'm so glad she suggested these burritos and I'm coming up with all kinds of ideas to what to put into them.  I can't wait!

The burritos remind me so much of the way my mom made them when I was growing up.  The Papas con Chorizo (diced potatoes cooked with Mexican breakfast sausage) were always a favorite but I'm convinced she just stuffed the tortilla with whatever we had in the refrigerator at the time.    My plan is to have a Mission Burrito Bar.  Similar to what you see at Chipotle.  You pick what you want to put inside your burrito and stuff it to the gills!  I plan to have (all homemade):

FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO 49'ers SIDE OF THE BALL
  • Shredded Pork/Chicken
  • Carne Asada
  • Papas con Chorizo (potatoes with Mexican breakfast sausage)
  • Pinto Beans
  • Mexican Rice
  • Restaurant Style Salsa
  • Mango Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Shredded lettuce/diced tomatoes/sliced black olives
  • Limes
  • Flour and Corn tortillas
FOR THE BALTIMORE RAVENS SIDE OF THE BALL
  • Maryland Crab Cakes
I haven't planned for dessert yet as well as some other sides so any suggestions especially on the Maryland side, would be greatly appreciated!!
